Kimsley Farrar
Having grown up in the Meridian-Kessler area, and being a Cathedral and IU grad, Kimsley has a profound knowledge of Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. With her clients’ personal interests at the core of her focus, she will guide you through the buying and/or selling process to ensure that you feel secure, confident, and informed. Running her business on a foundation of honesty and integrity is of the utmost importance. When she’s not spending time with her clients, Kimsley and her fiancé are busy with their two toddler boys and 120lb Akita. They love to spend time boating on Geist Reservoir, going out to dinner with friends, traveling, and enjoying an active lifestyle.

Kristen is a tenured professional in the real estate industry and began her career as the transaction manager for top-producer and team leader, Stacy Barry. After having over 400 of the team’s real estate transactions under her belt, Kristen transitioned to a full-time sales agent and left her supporting role. First-hand experience has taught her what it takes to generate the best possible outcome for her clients. Kristen received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and has professional experience in architectural interior design and project management. She utilizes her superior management skills to ensure that your real estate transaction flows smoothly from beginning to end.

Ashley is a recent graduate from Indiana University. She works behind the scenes of the team to assist with transactions, marketing, events, and team planning. Before joining the The Stacy Barry Team, she worked for the Century 21 Scheetz Listing Central department where she gained extensive knowledge about the process of buying and selling homes. Ashley is a great resource and is always available to assist clients throughout their transactions in order to make the process as seamless as possible

Sarah Callahan
Sarah began her career in advertising before transitioning into real estate. After several years as a top producer for a nationally-recognized builder, she enjoys helping clients across central Indiana. Sarah's goal is to make the home buying and selling process simple and approachable. Her clients can expect excellent communication, organizational efficiencies, and exceptional customer service. Her knowledge of the new construction industry is a benefit because she’s familiar with every phase of home building. Sarah is also extremely familiar with local communities throughout the city. Originally from Connecticut, Sarah met her husband, who is from Indiana, in Chicago and eventually moved to Indianapolis to be closer to their family. When not working, Sarah loves to explore new parks with her husband, two kids, and Irish Setter. She also enjoys cooking, working in her vegetable garden, and yoga.

Patricia was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Social Communications, she moved to Indianapolis in 2008 and has proudly considered herself a Hoosier ever since. In September of 2019, after much work and dedication, she was honored to attain her dual citizenship as she officially became a US citizen. Patricia prides herself on providing all of her clients with second-to-none service by way of her responsiveness, hard work, attention to detail, and overall relationship with each and every client. Patricia’s skills go beyond her savvy real estate mind as she is tri-lingual, speaking English, Portuguese, and Spanish fluently.

Julie began her real estate career right out of college. Life took her in a different direction, and after a Master’s degree, a couple moves, and two kids, she and her husband found themselves back in Indy, where she’s now working as an Occupational Therapist. Having the summers and holidays off allows her to continue her referral business with a career and team she feels very passionate about. Julie loves real estate, but her passions now lie elsewhere, however Julie continues to send friends, family, and past clients to The Stacy Barry Team. She wants all past, present, and future clients to know, "I believe in the Stacy Barry team, and I am an active referral source. There is no better, more efficient team in the industry!"
Sam Schernekau
Sam has received numerous awards over the years for residential real estate sales. Sam attended Indiana University and Ft. Lauderdale University and received a BBA with a major in Real Estate. Continuing his education, he received the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designations. He also served as Chairman of the Century21 Scheetz Charitable Foundation. After relocating to Florida in early 2017, Sam continues to be one of The Stacy Barry Team’s most trusted referral sources. Now, when he’s not sending clients our way, you can find him basking in the sun with a cold drink in his hand.
