A Note From Stacy
Real estate is my biggest adventure (besides trying to raise two well-rounded boys). I’m Stacy Barry, a wife, mom, lake-life lover, and real estate investor. I lead the number one real estate team at CENTURY 21 Scheetz. I love sharing my knowledge and have a passion for my community. With each opportunity I am a part of, I have worked hard to educate myself in a way that I can also be a resource for my community and clients. Whether it has been learning how to be an investor, or dealing with the unexpected passing of my dad, I am proud of the avenues of my business that have blossomed through personal experience. The opportunities I have met along the way are priceless. I hope you enjoy learning about the different ways I can help you with your real estate needs.

My Two Passions:
My Family & Real Estate
With two boys in the local school system, I take an active role in my community by advocating for our children’s education, running multiple local Facebook pages and arranging community events. It’s important to me to support local, small businesses and do my part to contribute to a thriving community.
After a few years of using my teaching degree I earned from Indiana University, I followed my gut and took the leap of faith into real estate. I was born and raised in Noblesville. I have lived all over Hamilton County and chose to plant my roots in Carmel. I have two busy boys in the Carmel School system and we are heavily involved with their sports programs. I have a passion for supporting local businesses, whether it’s a boutique, restaurant, or an in-home start up. I also have a soft spot for teachers and I am always finding ways to support and give back to our local schools. During the summers, I enjoy spending as much time as possible at my happy place, our lake home on Sweetwater Lake in Nineveh, IN. I love that my real estate business has afforded me the opportunity to make life-long friends with so many of my clients and colleagues.

We have both short term and long term rentals across the city, and in 2018 I created and set up a successful Airbnb in Carmel. In my current stage of life, I am hearing more and more of my peers helping their parents into the next stage of life. After my own personal loss of my father, I learned so much about the process of dealing with someone’s estate, all while going through the grieving process. My goal is to provide the professional real estate support my clients need during their time of unknowns. I have now come to provide a service to my clients to assist them and their loved ones who are downsizing, moving to nursing facilities or families that need to liquidate a property. My team of vendors will step in to help with item removal, painting, maintenance, etc. to get the home market ready fast with minimal expenses. I have found that my hands-on approach helps my clients to feel truly cared for and less stressed during their hard to navigate times.

I have been an active member in Sweetwater-Cordry Lakeside Community for many years and have owned two homes on Sweetwater Lake. Buying a lake home is completely different than a traditional real estate purchase. There are many details that are particular to each lake. It’s important to note that if I cannot help you due to location, I am able to connect you with another knowledgeable broker that specializes in lake properties anywhere in the country. I love talking lake houses! Our home has truly been the best investment for our family. The time we spend at Sweetwater is priceless.

I have a large network of builders across the city, which gives me early access to new neighborhoods and spec homes. I will help you select your lot, attend design appointments, and organize inspections at the appropriate time frames. I will be with you at closing and be your advocate throughout the entire process. We truly believe in the power of giving back and ensuring that our community is supported and thriving. Our team participates in numerous events to help local non-profit organizations and we donate a portion of our proceeds from each closing.
