It comes naturally to me! I enjoy spending my spare time on the water. I have extensive knowledge of selling Lake properties in Indiana. I grew up on Morse Lake in Noblesville, and my family and I enjoy our lake home at Sweetwater/Cordry. There’s a lot to think about when purchasing a Lake Home…from leased lots to property taxes and insurance to boat docks and homeowner’s associations.
